この度、人間国宝の狂言師・野村万作を追ったドキュメンタリー映画
『六つの顔』（8月22日公開）の【英語字幕版】の上映が決定いたしました。
2008年にユネスコ無形文化遺産に登録され、海外からも高く評価される
日本の伝統芸能「狂言」。その狂言の道を歩んで九十年、
人間国宝の狂言師・野村万作が人生をかけて到達した芸の境地に迫る
映画『六つの顔』を、世界中から日本にお集まりの方にご鑑賞いただく機会として、シネスイッチ銀座（東京）にて【英語字幕版】の上映を実施いたします。

We are pleased to announce that the English subtitled version of the documentary film “Six Faces: Kyogen, A Life on Stage” (released on August 22nd), which follows the National Living Treasure and Kyogen performer Nomura Mansaku, will be screened. Kyogen, a traditional Japanese performing art registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2008, is highly regarded both domestically and internationally.
This film, “Six Faces: Kyogen, A Life on Stage” delves into the artistic pinnacle that National Living Treasure Kyogen performer Mansaku Nomura has reached after dedicating his life to the art form over the past nine decades.
